ReMap

A Journey towards Posttraumatic Growth

ReMap is a cohort-based program and ongoing online community for women who are ready to move beyond surviving — through recovery, resilience and into posttraumatic growth and empowered, intuitive aliveness.

We step into the journey to gather and access resources for the stability and support necessary to do the recovery work safely, gently and effectively.  ReMap is guided with art therapy, yoga therapy and the somatic psychology to slowly, gently and safely resolve and integrate traumagenic charge, reclaim the body, presence and aliveness.

We gently explore what has shaped you,  upgrade your cognitive map, and reclaim your creative, intuitive aliveness.

The Journey

Phase One

Resource

Prepare for the journey by gathering inner and outer resources. This foundation phase equips you with the skills, tools and support needed to safely step into the recovery work of phase two — building a felt sense of safety in the body, cultivating grounding and self-compassion.

Phase Two

Recover

Step into gently guided, fully supported trauma recovery through the Sacred Spiral Flow method.  Weaving art therapy, yoga therapy, mindful movement and meaningful group connection, we alchemize life’s impactful, defining experiences into healing, growth and transformation.

Phase Three

Rise

A guided journey toward posttraumatic growth. Following the five areas of growth, we reconstruct your life map, reclaim your aliveness and step into flourishing, creative vibrancy and empowered, intuitive aliveness.

What We Explore Together

Each session weaves together multiple healing modalities in a dynamic, layered way — creating a richly resourced, safe and nurturing space for your growth.

Art Therapy

Guided creative explorations to access, express and transform what is held in the body — using paint, clay, collage, drawing and mixed media.

Yoga Therapy & Movement

Trauma-sensitive yoga, intentional movement and breath work tailored to resource and regulate your nervous system, as well as to open up to Intuition and Creative Flow.

Somatic Education

Psychoeducational components drawing on polyvagal theory — empowering you with knowledge, tools and deeper understanding of your experience.

Journaling & Meditation

Reflective practices to deepen self-awareness, integration and connection with your inner wisdom.

Group Connection

Supportive, witnessed sharing that fosters genuine community, belonging and the healing power of being truly seen.

Mindfulness

Moment-to-moment awareness practices woven throughout — cultivating presence, self-compassion and intuitive aliveness.
