Hi, I’m Sequoia Starre—an eco-somatic, trauma-informed art therapist and guide for those seeking healing, growth, creativity, and self-discovery. My approach blends art therapy, somatic psychology, yoga therapy, and mindfulness to create nurturing spaces where you can reconnect with your intuition and rediscover your natural creative flow.

Surrounded by the lush jungle hills overlooking the Caribbean Ocean, my practice is deeply inspired by the rhythms of nature and the transformative power of creativity. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, or immersive retreats, I’m here to support you in healing, thriving, and reconnecting with the vibrant essence of who you are.

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a holistic process of healing, growth, and transformation that merges creativity, intuition, play, self-expression, and psychotherapy. Within a safe, non-judgmental space, self-expression is honored and nurtured as a pathway to reflection, self-discovery, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

Through the art-making process, we remember and reconnect with our innate creative power—a source of insight, emotional release, and transformation. Art therapy invites us to shift fear into curiosity, access inner resources, release stuck emotions, and cultivate empowerment, resilience, and freedom. As we integrate our experiences, emotions, values, and beliefs, we restore balance, deepen self-awareness, and step into greater harmony with ourselves and the world around us.
